3 rounds, all in-person. Meet people at various levels, including juniors. HR coordinated it all and kept me abreast of the developments regularly. Finally met the Group Head. The toughest interviews were in Round 2, which had 4 different one-on-one interviewers. Overall, this is all pretty standard in investment banking

Standard procedure online form and personal interview 4 weeks later. No extraordinary documents had to be submitted and when it came to interview time and place they were very flexible. In particular the interviews were more conversational with a large portion involving personal fit.
