Interview
I applied online through my school. The initial phone interview included behavioral and technical questions. That was followed by two onsite interviews. One was behavioral and the other was a mix of behavioral and technical. In general, the entire interview process was mainly behavioral. The onsite visit also included lunch and a quick tour.
Applied through campus recruiting. Received a phone call scheduling an interview. Two 30 minute interviews.. First interview was mainly behavioural.. talking through my CV and my experiences... interviewer spent time talking about what i would do if i get the job.. what ubs offers.. hiring process.
Second was slightly technical.. not too difficult
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS (Dearborn, MI)
Interview
Applied through my school. Went into the office for an interview. Spoke with one FA in the office. He asked my what I knew about UBS, what I knew about what a financial advisor does, why I want to be a financial advisor, etc. There were no questions to test my knowledge of markets or investments. Asked personal questions, spoke a lot about himself. Asked questions about his career and he seemed to like to talk about himself

Question 1
The hardest question for me was what a FA does. I reviewed the UBS website beforehand, but they didnt give too much detail, and every FA practice is different.
