I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at UBS (Weehawken, NJ) in Jan 2013
Interview
The recruiter conducted a short phone interview then scheduled for in person interview in the investment center in Lincoln Habor Center NJ.
The interview consisted of 3, 30 minutes sessions with a peer, the manager and the branch manager by phone.
The interviewers introduced themselves and conducted a conversation related to candidate work experience, job nature of the position, the interviewers asked the candidates if they have any questions. There are questions related to how to handle difficult clients and colleagues from both the peer and the managers multiple times.
The branch manager did not show up at the end for the phone call. The recruiters did not follow up or provided response until a week later.
