I interviewed with manager, it was only 30 minutes or so; asked me about my resume, why I was interested, very general behavioral questions. That was a phone interview, and the manager didn't end up working with me, she was more of an office manager. The people I worked with (the team I was in) actually didn't interview me at all.
I applied online. I interviewed at UBS (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2012
Interview
First round is on campus. Second round is on site. Thought it should be easy but did not prepare thoroughly. Got stuck on a question which is:"If you keep getting tasks which are due immediately from traders and you can not ask the programmers to drop whatever they are working now and take the newest project , how you will resolve the conflicts between trader and programmers?'It took me a while to give the answer.
