Very relaxed and conversational interview process. Mainly behavioral going over previous experiences and qualifications. Make sure to ask questions and do research on particular interests within the firm as the company does a lot of different stuff (not just testing services)

First round was a phone screen with a recruiter and final round was a phone interview with the department head. The interview process was pretty standard compared to other internship positions.
