I had a great time with the entire process. I had a great panel of interviewers. I was asked to do a phone screening and then a video call with the team.

What was the most challenging situation you have encountered
Super easy interview process and I was kinda shocked how nothing technical was asked, especially when you take in account the work you are required to do. For example, I applied for the Radio Frequency Intern position and absolutely nothing related to Radio Frequency was asked.

Interview
Asked a lot of behavioural questions about projects and stuff. Was on a Microsoft Teams call with someone from their hiring team. They were very enthused and disinterested. Didn't really ask any follow up questions

What was a time where you had to make a decision with time constraints.
HR emailed to schedule an interview then had an interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager scheduled the following interview with the director. Within no more than a couple of days they shared the result via email.
