I had a selection process with UL Solutions in Europe and despite having 2 greatly positive interviews confirmed by emails and confirmation of the last step they just disappeared without any feedback just before the final interview.
I asked many various times via email for a feedback and never received a reply.
All this is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone an interview with the payroll team. Even the European manager never replied back despite giving a written positive feedback.
The time of candidates is valuable even more the time of UL Solutions specifically after 2 interviews. Improve your interview procedures or keep the low average score at Glassdoor.
