Hiring managers were rude, did not even turn on the camera for a virtual interview and in the midst of it they started talking to people around them. Both interviewer kept asking things that the other person already asked The HR was the worst I ever met. my expected was within range of the job ad he posted, also agreed to be able to meet my expected salary hence proceeded till the final round. After which, the HR kept low balling and couldn’t meet my expected at all. He then pushed the blame to me saying that it’s your fault that your current company didn’t pay u high enough for u to get ur expected salary… extremely unprofessional. PS. He is holding a senior TA role, not a junior position which made me doubt the company’s ability to hire. He simply ghosted my email after I sent him all the necessary info required. Did not even follow up or have proper closure. Extremely rude. So much for being a HR for more than a decade yet not professional at all..
