UL Solutions interview questions

The interview process was standard. I applied online and within a few days I received a phone interview. The questions were mostly about UL. Why do you want to work for UL? What interests you in the position? A couple days later I was called to schedule an in-person interview. The in-person interview was mostly about scenario based questions that I had to answer in a STAR type fashion, as described on their website. A couple days later I received the job offer. Ultimately it was a very pleasant experience and everyone I engaged with was very kind and knowledgeable.

Freundliche Begrüßung, Abholung am Empfang durch den Abteilungsleiter. Angenehme Gesprächsatmosphäre. Erfragt wurde der Lebenslauf. Welche wichtigen Kunden vermutlich bei UL zu betreuen würden. Ansonsten kaum Fragen, sondern es wurde über UL , die Pläne und Zusammenhänge berichtet. (Vorab gab es ein Telefoninterview mit HR, das nicht Bestandteil dieses Postings ist). Negativ ist anzumerken, dass nie eine Absage versandt wurde, das ist ein Lapsus oder ein Mangel an Professionalität.
