UL Solutions Scheduling Coordinator interview questions

Brief phone screening with a recruiter, very informal in-person meeting with management. The in-person meeting with management was not an interview, but more like she just wanted to meet me. We discussed the position, I was introduced to the team i would work with and given the tour. I was told that they would be deciding in a week - it's been 3 weeks and I have received no responses to emails I've sent the manager or recruiter. --- Radio silence. Update: Received an email a month after my interview saying they went with someone else.
