UNHCR interview questions

The interview was 45 minutes long with three panellist. Each panellist will ask one main question with addition sub-questions. The total interview has only 3 main questions, that touch on different competencies of the role.

Rigorous, entails a written test followed by two in-person interviews with periods of up to six months in between the interviews. If you succeed recruitment is done locally but with checks from the global office in Geneva which can make the process long and frustrating but once in it is fine.
