I applied online. I interviewed at UNHCR (Sarajevo) in Apr 2023
Interview
Overall a pretty easy interview, with 3 people asking 3 questions. It took a while for them to reach to me though- I applied in Feb of 2023 and had the interview in late April- started working in May.
I received a written test. They gave me 90 minutes. There were two main questions and following questions. It wasn't so hard. But the time is limitted. So you must already know the answers. The main porpuse is to measure your field experience. The questions are not related code of conducts rules. I have not received an invitation for competency-based interview yet, but I think I'll.
