Question 1
competency based questions: tell me about a time you had the work under limited supervision. Tell me about a time you lead a team. Tell me about your previous job. Why should we hire you. Technical questions related to the comparison of answers to interviews in refugees camps across different refugees camps. There were 3 interviewers in the same room with one camera so it was hard to hear and understand the furthest interviewer, after the third time not understanding their words and asking them to repeat was a bit frustrating.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNHCR (Budapest) in Feb 2023
Interview
We had to pass a written test to get selected for the personal interview with 3 managers. The written test contained various logic questions and had an attention span test as well. We had to write a formal email in Word and calculate some benefits in Excel. The personal interview was easier, I felt no pressure.
