Interview
There were four men interviewing me. Only one of them showed any type of ~"niceness", all of the other three were there without any type of emotion, as if they were robots saying the questions and moving on with the interview. After every question they simply passed to the next one. Felt very intimidating, and made me even more nervous and stressed than I was before. The position was to be filled ASAP and they only gave me a reply 2 months after saying the position had been filled.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNHCR in Mar 2021
Interview
The panel was relatively big (4 people). In my case, the interview was organized very last minute, and I wish I had asked for more time to prepare. However, most questions were competence-based and about how much you know about the organization's mission and projects. No feedback after the interview.
