Interview
Very long and overly complicated process, the interview questions are designed for multinational companies rather than a humanitarian organisation and were very generic. This is specific to my duty station, but the interviewers did not seem to care too much about my answers, and I was chosen based on my CV as I learnt later.
Very good interview and pleasant panel. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the questions though they were easy. The team was also very clear about next steps. They had a genuine curiosity about my prior experiences. It felt more conversational.
