application, interview, offer. After the offer,it took a long times to receive all the documents needed to start from the Board Office (2 months aprox), so it can be stressfull if you have refused other offers. But it is very worthy at the end. Great job, amazing experience.

It was a 40 min interview about motivations, UNCHR mandate, local context especially about migration and new emergencies, border context, how do i react to difficulties on work and how do i manage conflict with a boss, how do i manage stress and emotions
I applied online with p11 form and a motivational letter and after a month i was invited to a written test, it took around two weeks to be invited to an interview
