UNOPS interview questions

I underwent a rigorous recruitment process, which included (a) submitting a CV and Cover letter; (b) Called for a competency-based interview; (c) Written Exam; (d) Direct conversation with the Country Director. I additionally had discussions with the relevant donors during the interview period.

Interview started with a written assessment and followed by Competency based interview. This was then followed by reference checking. The process took about 3 to 4 months to finally get feedback. The interviews were fair.
