UNOPS interview questions

Written assessment (3 hours for 2 questions) first then an interview with a panel of 3 people 1 month later. Typical competency based questions. The panel asked me 5 different questions. It is an easy process if one is prepared.

It was easy, simple, and quick. They gave a written exam asking questions about infrastructure related issues in the development sector. The written exam was tougher than the actual interview which was a bit surprising but overall it was a smooth process and didn't involve any grilling!
