UPS Associate interview questions

Interview started at 11 am it was mandate to clear the first 2 rounds to proceed further....i cleared the first 2 rounds till 12 pm, i was waiting in the reception area for the next round n the receptionist informed me that the 3rd round will be done after 2 pm so i went on break n came back on time. I gave my 3rd round n that was cleared too. The hr told me to come back till 6 30 as the final round will b taken by the process manager n he comes in night shift so i went home n came back. I was happy to clear all the rounds till now n was positive to clear the manager round as well. There was 1 more guy waiting for the final round, manger called him, he went n came back in just few min, i asked him about the questions asked by the manager, the guy told that he was asked just the general questions like, previous job experience, flexible working in shifts, salary expectations that's it. Then comes my turn i went n saw the guy sitting in a very serious mood, i greeted him as per the time, n he started asking questions in full attitude, filled with arrogant n in not listening n not understanding mood. He tooked the interview in the debate n negative mode n started pulling my legs on each n every question. He insulted me n stretched the interview for 40 min by asking irrelevant questions. He tried a lot to proof me wrong on decisions taken by me to leave my previous jobs. I left my current job before finding another, which means stability issue according to him. What nonsense, i realized that he do not wish to select me his attitude was showing how arrogant he was. It was total injustice an a shameful act, i mean how can u judge a person by insulting him. All came to know by his behavior n stupid attitude n arrogance that he is new in conducting interviews, he belives that he is running the company. I have a very bad, dirty n abusive language to describe him n he surely deserves it. B,coz of his Ego, i lost a chance to work in a good company, but i,ll keep trying.

I applied online on there website for an open position and was contacted over phone after about a week and a half to come in and do a 1 on 1 interview at the store location. I was asked simple questions about education, work history, etc. Basic interview questions such as why you think you would be right for the job and how you would help contribute to the company. Overall very general and easy interview process.
