Being almost completely automated online to the point of job offer, it is one of the easiest processes ever. However, if the process veers for any reason away from the "normal" hire, the human element that gets involved is without a doubt as bad at there job as can possibly be.

Interview process was really simple honestly there wasn’t really an interview. You apply, you come in for orientation and a tour of the facility, then for your first 3-4 days you’re in a room learning about the company and safety etc.
