Internal Candidate, so very simple process - include resume and last reviews, sometimes hold virtual interview but mostly contact last boss for gut check. Background checks if needed and discussions with first and second level supervisors not necessary.

It was really fast, they labelled all benefits. My recruiter told me what I was getting into, the process was very smooth. I left for training soon after. Would not do again.
