I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Army (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2020
Interview
I walked into a recruiters office and sat down in the chair. He then showed me a cool video and I filled out some forms. Then we got in a gov vehicle and went to Meps. The rest is history after that
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at US Army (Middletown, RI)
Interview
Quite easy, the recruiter starts with getting some background information about you then moves on to a quick prescreen to make sure no immediate disqualifiers. The rest of the interview goes more in detail about what you want from the Army, what it can offer you, benefits, pay and so on. Do not get focused on a specific job immediately that comes after you take the aptitude test to see which jobs you are qualified for.

Question 1
Have you ever spent time in the back of a police car or been arrested.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Army (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
Do a PT test. Do an ASVAB test to see how dumb you are. Depending on how long it takes you you'll become quite familiar with the recruiter. He pretty much wants to push you through so they aren't really trying to weed out people with an interview. Just pass the tests and you'll be fine.
