Health and drug screening. Very thorough background investigation.Two hour aptitude test. You will go through barrages of questions regarding your character, drug use and any criminal history whatsoever to include traffic tickets. Be honest. Be forthcoming. You'll do fine as long as you aren't Pablo Escobar. Be prepared. Know your history including previous addresses, credit score, debt etc. It will impact your security clearance and possibly your career choices.

Very hard to get in. the medical screening process is very hard to get by. if they find out you went to the doctor or got a speeding ticket they have to get various waviers approved and that takes forever.

No process, just show up and sign the papers. It's not so much an interview as it is a screening. Just show up, pee in a cup and there you go. There was a personality assessment also to weed out crazy people, I assume.
