No interview process its a screening process to ensure youre healthy enough to perform your job and ensure your background is clean of any major issues. Basic IQ testing to qualify for certain jobs which then dictate salary and rank.

Interview
Build a Warrant Officer Packet and obtain letters of recommendation to submit for review board. Instructions can be found on the Signal Warrant Officer recruiting website. You must have a background in IT and have at least a minimum of Security+ and recommend having CCNA certification. Previous civilian experience is a plus but also having experience with military systems will help tremendously.
