I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Army (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2014
Interview
The process is based on favoritism and overall likability. It is not based on seniority or experience. It was based on how much I had in common with the other officers not how much I knew or what I could bring to the table.
