Not a particularly fast process for most. Includes filling out numerous forms, background checks, answering seemingly infinite personally intrusive questions medical and behavioral health screenings, being.offered limited choices for careers and high pressure to accept what's offered immediately.

When I went into the recruiters office, I already had a college degree and I knew I wanted to be an officer. On of the steps is a panel interview. There are 3 military members that sit in front of you and ask questions.
