Interview
Came into the recruiting office, was immediately greeted by a sergeant with a very warm welcome and showed interest in what I was looking for and what my concerns were. Interview was informal but professional. Interview was more of an assessment of character and potential. The whole process involves drug testing, vocational aptitude, physical assessments.

Interview
Once selected for the interview, it was pretty easy. The interview was quick and pretty laid back overall. I was interviewing with my direct supervisor and a few of his colleagues. I think the employer interviewed about 4 other candidates. Interview was over the phone and took about 30-40 minutes.

There is no interview like a regular job. You go to a recruiting station and they will show you a variety of jobs you qualify for based on your ASVAB score.
