Battalion CSM ultimately holds the yes or no on who gets the job but the First Sergeant is the advisor that has the most influence. You should show confidence and rely on your own aircraft knowledge for guidance. Remain flexible in your answers to find a solution in order to accomplish maintenance tasks.

To become a human intelligence collector you must initially pass the ASVAB with a GT score of 110 or higher. Upon accepting job a background check will be administered in order to obtain a top secret clearance. Physical and mental evaluations will take place prior to enlistment.
