Interview
There is a lot of paperwork to verify your background. Then you will proceed to take the ASVAB. After which, you will have to pass through the medical screening. Upon completion of the screening, you will sign a contract and head to your Basic Training.

You go to MEPS and take a test that scores your knowledge in different areas which allows the career managers to know what jobs you qualify for. then you take a medical exam and drug test.

Interview
I was a civilian who had applied for the WOFT program (Warrant Officer Flight Training Program). I had to take a series of tests to include the ASVAB, AFAST (now the SIFT), as well as psychological testing. Once I had completed all those satisfactorily, I was given a comprehensive flight physical and then had to attend a board interview with a Lieutenant Colonel and two Majors in Aviation.
