Met with recruiter on options. Then i was scheduled for the ASVAB test. Once complete, was processed at the MEPS station before basic training. Push-up, Sit-Up, 2 mile run timed event before becoming a Soldier.

Basically, I sat down with my boss to inform me of the cutbacks which means I probably have no chance in ever attaining the next level. My boss also wanted to know how long until I was qualified for retirement and what my plans would be if I was selected to retire. I explained I had been improving my abilities and those of my subordinates in order to better ourselves in our current jobs and prepare for our next jobs.
