Interview
Medical screening, clearances, background checks. Have to go through a physical exam and take a test known as the ASVAB which tests mathematics, composition, mechanics and other related subjects. The process was very easy, there is however a lot of paperwork that must be filled out and you have to pass the Army physical fitness test that for some people could be very difficult.

There really is no hiring process in the US Army. You sign on the dotted line and you're in, for however long you decided to enlist for. With few exceptions, there is no easy way out.
