Agility test, IQ test, blood test, a bunch of other test like pregnancy testing for women. They do an IQ test to know what tpes of jobs you are smart enough for.

Through a recruiter, they take almost anyone. Don't do drugs, be able to run 2 miles at a decent pace (under 18 minutes). When being offered a job at MEPS, don't settle for whatever they tell you. Go in knowing what ASVAB and GT score you need for certain jobs and be firm about what job you really want.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at US Army
Interview
Pretty basic and forthright. They knew they were going to hire me beforehand, which is the case with most Government jobs in this Command. The most important part of this process is your resume. You can't spend enough time perfecting it. Also, knowing someone high up in the food chain helps immensely. Remember that you can negotiate salary, so don't settle for a step 1.
