I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Army (Delaware, OH) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview is most about your presentability and ability to verbalize. They just want to get a feel for you and what your interests are. They're looking for interpersonal skills. The biggest part of the application process is what you do BEFORE you ever get to the interview. They want to see some community involvement throughout law school. They want to see pro bono work, service hours, writing, the whole ball of wax. They really care that you didn't hole yourself away for 3 years and not do anything for your surrounding community.
