Interview
First you must do your research online to determine what career field you want to pursue. Then you must go to a recruiter and he will screen you for eligibility. From that point, he will take care of everything. During the interview process, he will try to ascertain if you have anything that will disqualify you from serving in the military.

Question 1
This is not so much a question, but they will try to get you to sign up for a job that is more than likely less than desirable. Hold out for the one that you want. Simply say to the recruiter, "Please give me a call when that job becomes available."
You are sent to a board that consists of the Battalion Sergeant Major and 4 of the 5 Company First Sergeants. They ask you questions about yourself, your family, your time in the military, your Soldiers and their families. You get asked questions to see how tactically and technically proficient you are. You get asked questions about weapon systems and Army programs etc...
