4 Years of ROTC to prove commitment, Once job placement is found training is intense and very in depth. Depending on unit assigned to job may differ and intensity. While on the same Fort one unit worked from 0500-2100 while another worked from 0900-1400. All depends on personal dedication.

NONE - its still harder to join the Army as an enlisted member than going to college and the vast majority of Americans cannot even meet the minimum qualification to join regardless of education (criminal record, body weight, etc)
