Overall, the interview process was great as the recruiter gave a step-by-step way to sign the contract with the MOS (job training) that you'd like to pursue. Depending on the contract, you may or may not be able to obtain the sign-on bonus, along with other college loan repayment bonuses.

Interview
There is no real interview process for this position, just testing and placement. The better scores you can achieve the better the job options you’ll have available as well as duty location.
The Army has moved to an AIM Market place approach when it comes to hiring officers to fill certain positions. The new method helps people get positions that may not have in the past, simply by taking with their possible senior rater to begin with.
