The interview was for an in-house promotion within the organization. The posting was only for current members of the organization with 5-8 years of experience. There was only one, in-person interview and the results were posted a couple of weeks after the conclusion of all interviews. Eligible candidates were notified in person of the outcome and explained the reason for the decision.

Meet with recruiter that explained jobs, travel and enlistment process. Talked about backgroud, police, courts, and medical history. Salary was discussed and work preformace to increase pay. Demanding physical exercise and endurance was apart of process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at US Army (Auburn University, AL) in May 2008
Interview
You have to go through a number of physical exams to ensure you were completely qualified. After passing the physical exams, you had to take multiple random drug tests, have a thorough background check conducted, and then obtain a Bachelor's Degree. (4 year degree)
