I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Army
Interview
Chat w/ a recruiter, listen to the sales pitch, state some preferences, take some tests, see what is offered, review your options, and make a decision. Not a traditional job interview.
No specific interview for becoming a pilot. Put in a packet and be prepared to give 12 years to the Army. They need people and if that’s your cup of tea, what are you waiting for.
You will meet with a recruiter. They will do a background check on you and tell you what joining the Army entails. You must go to MEPs to take the ASVAB which will show you what MOSs you qualify for.
