Interviewed with a panel of current Facility managers and assistant facility managers. They ask situational interview questions, compared to the stereotypical interview questions of "what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses...". They want to understand how you communicate a situation and how you went about handling it.

Question 1
Explain a time you had a conflict with a co-worker. How did you go about handling the situation?
Streamlined and simple. There is no confusion as to what kind of person the Army is looking for and there is plenty of resources out there to help you get ready for the interview/recruitment process.
Take a test, score high or low you still get the job. This position takes little to know previous experience the job is pretty much guaranteed to all that may apply. Training will be provided as well as food and a place to stay. As well as a personalized alarm clock.
