Interviewed by a panel from the battalion section S3 and command staff. Had more to do with being a "good fit" than specific skills. I was able to attend all the prerequisite training after I started the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at US Army (Tacoma, WA) in Aug 2011
Interview
fair straight forward and public information used in interview. The biggest preparation for the interview with an Army recruiter is know what you qualify for and what you are willing to accept. understand that the recruiter has no bearing on what will or won't be offered to you. Remember to look at the big picture because you can reach your goal with almost any position in the Army with hard work and some sacrifice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at US Army (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2011
Interview
I applied or rather recruited once I left high school. There were really no questions except the ones that I had to answer with my recruiter. It was 1994 so I am sure that the process is completely different than what they would be today.
