3 panel interview. Two officers and one civilian. The process was normal and it's start on time and lasted less than one hour. I didn't get the job, but I was please the face that they took the time to let me know I wasn't the best candidate that position.

Detailed job interview which required in depth leadership philosophy and managerial skills for the job. Had to discuss experience and lessons learned from each duty position I have served in. A resume overview and personal interview were required. I was selected for the job over three other candidates and following a four week process.

Interview
Battalion Commander hired me for position after completion of my Executive Officer time above six other candidates. The interview was to ensure I had familiarity with the next step in my career progression as an Army Officer.
