There was no interview there was some testing. You had to talk to a recruiter then you looked for certain jobs you are interested in. From there you had to get set up for an appointment to go the Jacksonville, FL and take an entrance exam, when they received your test scores then the councilors sat down with you and explained what you did and did not qualify for.
