The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UST (Thiruvananthapuram)
Interview
It was a 2 day interview process. I applied through college. Interview process was quite good. First day,we had an exam and a GD.(Not so tough). 2nd day ,we had the interview(a person with quite good knowledge could crack it). After a few days, the result was published through our college. Almost 5 students were selected and I was one among them. Everything went so well. But the question is, Is it really worth it?
According to the college, you have got placed in a good company. But the thing is,in UST, you are never going to get your joining letter and you have to look for another job by yourself after graduation.
So please Don't waste your time going for an interview in this company. Because while you are in your college, everything seems to be going good(you would get congratulation emails and so on) . But once you have graduated, nothing will be left for you other than looking for another job. So ,if you are a final year student and if you really want a job after you get graduated ,please stay away from this company's recruitment process. Because a placement in your profile will be a tool for your college to use it against you for not allowing you to attend other company recruitments. (Note: During placements, choose your companies wisely. )
