UST Lead Software Engineer interview questions

I had 4 levels of interview. The final was just a salary discussion with the HR. First two rounds with the Off Shore team and the final round was a Client round. Difficulty level is average. I was well prepared for my interviews at that time, so it was a easy for me. During the client round I faced some difficulty since there was 5 people in the interview panel that time.

After initial screening following rounds of interview happens - 1st round technical telephonic interview 2nd round Client technical interview, video call with online problem solving 3rd round Manager interview 4th is HR round, compensation discussion
