UST Scrum Master interview questions

Recruiter calls first and agrees on $$$$$$ and talks about benefits and relocation pkg etc. Client phone screening done by a decent gentleman who understand and knows the scrum process. Client side hiring manager interviews through the webcam and talks, shares and discusses in a very friendly manner and offers the job. Recruiter calls and renegotiates the salary by X% less than agreed. This seems to be the practice these days and I have heard this before from other employees. I did not agree to this and they put me to talk to their vertical head who seemed to be less than professional. Very weird company and will stay away.
