I applied online and had a phone call with a current employee on the Community Management team and someone from HR. I learned that about 75% of the job's daily functions were not listed on job posting, including spending a significant amount of time answering customer issues and helping locate drivers, and the employees I spoke with did not sound very excited about the company as a whole.
