2 rounds of telephonic interview followed by onsite
-- Disappointed with the process . It took way too long time and found everyone unprofessional.
-- Also, the culture is way too young and immature
-- Recruiters are not very professional in dealing things

Interview
I started with a 45-50 minute phone interview with hiring manager. And a take-home assignment is given. I didn't not receive any feedback in three days which they promised me. So I asked the recruiter, and was told the position was filled. But they tried to match me with another team. And I went onsite after one week. There are six sections. The first is bar interviewer asking behavioral questions, followed by machine learning techniques, coding, A/B testing, data analysis, respectively. The last section is business metrics stuff by the hiring manager. The overall interview experience is fine. But they didn't give me the offer in the end.

Recruiter Interview, pretty easy. She asked me three questions and then explained the rest of the interview process steps. Lady was super nice and easy to talk to. Next step is the technical interview, which I have accepted to do.
