Uber Data Scientist interview questions

Phone call with Data Scientist. The conversation focused on a specific application that the company had a few years ago. Asked to formulate a specific problem into an optimization problem. I was also asked about possible issues that might arise in categorical variables in regressions.

The interview scheduling was quite good. Their take-home exercise was quite long. The phone screen was sort of case-based questions. Some of them were very easy warm-up questions.
