Uber Driver interview questions

You submit your documents and if your car is approved they will check your MVR and do a Background check. They prefer little to no personal interaction with anyone that works outside of the office. When you first initiate the contract for hire process they will send a driver/guide out to your location to do a general car inspection as well as a ride along. The driver app will be sent to your phone at that time and pending the background check you will be activated. The driver/guide is given no training prior to becoming a guide so your chances of passing the vehicle check is pretty much a guarantee.

There was no interview process. After signing up on their website, I just had to wait for about 3 weeks before the application was approved. According to the Uber team they were waiting on my background check, which sounded a little suspicious since my cousin (male) signed up at the same time and was online and ready to go in less than a week.
