Process took 3 months. In the beginning, the recruiter was rushing me to finish the analytical test and marketing exercise very very fast. After I received positive feedback, I moved on to interviews, I had several interviews with different people across company. Overall the interviews were ok.
After I passed interviews they asked me to prepare 90 minutes long city presentation. They gave me written instructions what should be included. Presentation preparation was really exhausting because a lot of information had to be researched and included. First I presented the presentation to International Launcher who asked me to change few things and to put focus on some specific issues, no big deal so I did that in a couple of hours. I presented version 2 of my presentation to Regional Head of Expansion who asked me to do very crucial changes in presentation (like change from monthly planning to weekly planning) and asked me to put focus on completely different issues than I have been asked before by the Launcher. Also he told me that the presentation should be no more than 45 minutes long so I had to rework the presentation pretty much. After I presented him 3rd version of presentation he asked me to remove several slides and to increase the numbers in company growth plan to impress the senior manager I should be presenting afterwards. I objected that the market would be saturated but he told me I shouldn't be worried about market saturation so I implemented it.
I presented the 4th version of presentation to Regional General ManagerH and when I was provided feedback by recruiter one week after, he told me I didnt pass because my numbers were unrealistically high and that I provided insufficient information about city. After my objection that these numbers were requested by by the head of expansion and that he also suggested to remove one slide from the city information overview, he told me he will get in touch with these people and find out and let me know in a week time but I didnt receive any response.
During the course of the process, Uber folks missed 2 of scheduled interviews (that were scheduled during my work time) and it was common for them to come 5-15 minutes late. In general, I dindn't find their approach to the process to be very professional, they always kept me waiting with their feedback long time, usually until I reached out to them
